Our business is focused on civil engineering in Southern California, Central Florida, and the Boise, Idaho area. With offices in Camarillo (Ventura County), Melbourne (Florida), and Meridian (Idaho), we are well-situated to serve the markets we serve along with projects outside of our focused area.

Water Resources

We have been focused on staying up-to-speed on water quality requirements as permits and expectations have evolved. In addition to knowing the requirements, we have expertise and experience for optimizing treatment schemes for challenging environments where space is at a premium.

Surveying

We can support all surveying and mapping services for projects from concept to completion. Our adoption of technology allows us to maintain fully dynamic workflows between the field and the office, eliminating traditional lag times between survey and office activities.

Entitlement Support

Our process in this area involves creating an actual engineering design, allowing us to provide an accurate analysis of earthwork and utility design elements. We put additional effort into this phase so the conceptual design is done correctly, ensuring a smooth project. Often, this process is rushed, creating costly and time-consuming efforts to “re-entitle” a design that was never able to be engineered during the construction document phase.
