CCE Design Associates provided entitlement design and construction documents for this proposed 10-lot subdivision in Simi Valley. This property, located between the railroad tracks and established single-family residential, was previously zoned as an industrial parcel and was located within the FEMA 100-year floodplain. In addition to assisting with the zone change and general plan amendment, our scope of work included preparation of a LOMR to remove this parcel from the floodplain and processing this document through the FEMA process.
