CCE provided civil engineering design services for this new storage facility in Ventura. Providing grading for a large building on an infill site provided some challenge; however, the significant challenge on this project related to unforeseen utility conflicts in Market Street. Several unmapped electrical duct banks resulted in an urgent redesign effort for our storm drain, water, and sewer connections once trenches were opened in the right-of-way.
With entitlement support for site improvements.
CCE Design Associates is providing design services and entitlement support for site improvements to the area surrounding this 300,000 warehouse facility. In addition to the site design work, our scope also includes offsite work to repair existing storm drain force mains located beneath Mission Oaks Boulevard that have deteriorated over many years. The completed facility will include increased automobile parking and substantially increased truck parking stalls and loading docks.
